Written Curriculum

As an Estrada Strategies Franchisee you are armed with the Exclusive CEO Club "Facilitators Guide" and "Client Workbooks". This high level Executive Curriculum is written to allow for facilitator lead, (not a lecture), conversation around a specific element of business to ensure peer group learning and maximum client discovery opportunities.

At Estrada, we understand that true Behavior Modification begins with the acquisition of knowledge and we make executive training a key step in our process. With over 24 separate written modules of high impact monthly executive training, our clients always have a reason to return for more knowledge.

To ensure that Estrada Franchisees are completely prepared to deliver the content, they have access to a video library of each CEO Club training class in its entirety. This serves as a teaching reference for the franchisee/Estrada Coach. After viewing that particular month's CEO Club class, they can confidently lead a group training discussion on that topic. In addition to the video library, Estrada Strategies provides all franchisees with an easy to follow, step by step, "facilitators guide." Lastly, these topics are also discussed among other franchisees during the weekly franchisee training conference and/or franchisee individual coaching sessions, lead by the corporate office.
