About Estrada Strategies

History

Ruben Estrada founded Estrada Strategies with the vision of helping small and medium-sized business owners to succeed. In his sixteen years as a corporate executive, Ruben saw far too many businesses fail because the owners lacked the tools and systems they needed to be successful. Ruben founded Estrada Strategies to provide these business tools.

In the years since its inception, Estrada Strategies has remained faithful to Ruben's vision, helping countless business owners to develop the management skills, business acumen, and financial strategies that the competitive world of business demands.

Many of the business owners that Estrada Strategies has trained, coached and monitored were franchisees of various franchise companies. While working with the franchise business owners, Ruben realized that even the franchise industry lacked many of the basic business development strategies needed to help their owners succeed. Many of these lessons learned have been built into the Estrada Franchise system to ensure the highest level of training and support that we can offer our franchisees.
