Ruben A. Estrada - President and Chief Executive Officer

Ruben founded Estrada Strategies in 2000 with the vision of giving small and medium sized business owners the tools they needed to succeed in a competitive and complex business environment. He has remained the company's President and Chief Executive Officer since its inception.

Shery Christopher - Director of Franchise Growth

Shery joined Estrada Strategies Franchise, Inc. in March, 2007 as Ruben's partner after working with him in the development and structure of the franchise program in 2006. Shery also owns and operates Shery Christopher Consulting; a franchise consulting firm located in Tucson, AZ; In business since 1986.

Linda Gellis - Director of Franchise Administration

Linda joined Estrada Strategies in 2002. Before coming to Estrada she served as the Director of Business Relations and Events in the Ontario, CA Chamber of Commerce and was the co-owner of an automotive business in Covina, CA.

Kevin R. Kragenbrink, Ph.D. - Director of Franchise Operations

Kevin has been working with Estrada Strategies since 2000. He is the owner of the Estrada Strategies Franchise in Knoxville, Tennessee and is also President of Kragenbrink and Associates, a management consulting firm in operation since 1996. Kevin is also former Director of the Center for Entrepreneurship for California State University, San Bernardino and the former owner of The Wordsmith, a small publishing company with operations in Alabama and California.

Daniella McGowan - Franchise Sales

Daniella brings a high level of Sales, Public Relations and Marketing experience. Daniella was a Public Relations Associate with Del Webb where she handled community relations and public relations events. She also handled Corporate Sales & Marketing for BLD Inc., a sports venue. While there she was responsible for Business Development and Corporate Event Management.

Richard Rennick - Director

Richard joined Estrada Strategies as a consultant in 2006 and became a board member in 2007. Richard founded American Leak Detection in 1975 and sold that company in 2006. Richard also served as the chairman of the Board of Directors at the International Franchise Association from 2005 to 2006.
