ESI - Estrada Strategies Intranet

Only Estrada Strategies Franchisee's have access to the ESI application, (Estrada Strategies Intranet). This intranet application is designed specifically to enhance the franchisees coaching and monitoring effectiveness. Every client, of an Estrada Strategies Coach, must log their improvement initiatives and Key Performance Indicators in this application. By doing so, follow-up by the franchisee/coach is made ESI (easy).

In addition to tracking improvement initiatives by completion status, the ESI application has built-in "push technology" to automatically notify clients of past due actions and pending initiatives. The ESI will also track by %, and graph where the business executive is investing their time and the resources of their organization. This web-browser accessed application allows our franchisees the ability to monitor/coach any client, at any time, from anywhere in the world (assuming there is internet access); even from a pda. Remember, an effective CEO spends 50% of his/her time getting results from others; the Estrada Strategies Intranet makes that esi.
