Coaching

While Estrada Strategies recognizes that the peer group training and problem solving is an important part of the CEO Club, the coaching is the second phase to a successful coaching/client relationship. An Estrada coach works with their client once a month on a one-on-one basis. This is an opportunity for the Estrada coach to hold the business owner accountable for strategies and actions that s/he needs to implement. This is also a time where the business executive will confide in their coach, enabling the coach to have even better insight into their clients' needs.
