CEO Online-Club
Online club is a web-based training program designed to meet the needs of Sole Proprietors and others who own a small business, are starting a business, or who are in senior decision making roles for their business. Online Club is also an excellent option for CEO's and others who live outside the geographic area of an Estrada Strategies Franchise.
This program is also used as a support and reinforcement tool for our CEO club clients. Because this program offers a condensed version of training on a particular business discipline, the CEO's are able to enroll their upper management. This gives the company a type of uniformity, where all of a company's executives can be on the same page when it comes to their vision, goals and future initiatives.
This program offers a monthly 40 minute "Webinar" facilitated by an Estrada Strategies Business Coach including:
- Interactive training on the elements of the "Six Disciplines of Business."
- Printable workbook provided in PDF format 48 hours prior to the Online club session
- Live audio link through conference calling
- Real time Q&A
- Opportunities for live interaction with other CEO's, Owners, and Executives
